Hi Garrett and Jallen, I see that you sent your application March 15th and got your NOA1 on April 9th. We sent ours on March 9th but still no NOA1. How did you sent the aplication, usps? And how did you get your NOA1, mail, txt message? Thank you in advance.

We sent it via fedex. Received it via text message (with a receipt number) but have yet to get the physical mail, so I might be wrong about the NOA1

Thank you.

The noa-1 is the day they received your application. Forget about the day they send the paper copy in the mail. Look at the backdate they put on it. Or check your number in USCIS case status for the date.

ah, i see. the date on the USCIS website stated that they received it on the 17th march, does that mean that NOA1 date is 17th March?

Yes your NOA-1 should be March 17

Hi is the wait time abt 15 months to embassy interview?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
