Hi, did you expedite your case?
Umd96 on 2021-06-18 said:
Hi, no did not!
VTD on 2021-06-18 said:
Oh, cool. It's amazing how fast you guys got the noa2. Ours hasn't moved yet... now we don't see the service center as well in our case.

You filed online? In our case we received NOA1 from Potomac service center but it was in Nebraska the whole time. Did you get a chance to talk to an USCIS rep?
VTD on 2021-06-19 said:
Yes, we filed it online. Is it allowed to contact them now? It's not yet outside normal processing time. It did show Nebraska earlier and now it doesn't show anything. Do you suggest we contact uscis?
Umd96 on 2021-06-20 said:
Yes. If you can call them directly and ask them where you case is or you can chat with emma and ask for a representative.

It does not show USCIS service center on my profile either, but it was showing Nebraska before. Not sure if it is being transferred or it is the universal issue.

Thank you. Now the status changed to 'Actively reviewing..." I hope it's a good sign.

@umd96: Do you need to send beneficiary's passport to NVC when you send IV package?
Umd96 on 2021-07-08 said:

Hello,
I paper filled I-130 for my spouse. I received two receipts and receipt # start with IOE.
First receipt has beneficiary information with amount paid and it came from Nebraska service center, two days later I received second receipt.
Second receipt has USCIS online account information and it came from Potomac service center.
Both of these service center has different processing time. I wonder at which service center I-130 will be process?
Thank you for your time and input.

you can ask EMMA where your case is being processed.

Did you file I129F (K3)? I am hearing that speeds up the I-130.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
