Hi A & C - did you receive a packet 3 from the London consulate? Or where you able to proceed without it? Good luck in your interview in a couple of days!!

Hi, no with London I just received a basic letter with a link in saying they had approved the petition and to follow the link to complete the next steps. So don't wait around for a packet, also the letter came weeks after my case was "ready" so as soon as you see that complete your ds-160, book your medical and your interview appointment. Thanks!! Can't wait for it to be over with now

Legendry quick reply, thank you!
I was thinking it might not come! There wasn't any indication on the recent letter I got that further comms was coming.
Following your timeline, wishing the best for you :)

Hi! I'm back again, hopefully for the last time :)
Which birth certificates were you required to take to your visa interview appointment? Just beneficiary, or both beneficiary and petitioner?
A&C2020 on 2021-11-24 said:
Just the beneficiary make sure it is the original or certified copy. Oh also make sure you have your avident of support and all the support info (bank statement, taxes, letter of employment ect) they took it all from me.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
