They said they would get back to me after they submit - the next day I got approval and I’m still waiting on them to contact to me - so I don’t believe they did or it had an effect. I am astounded as well given my SC. I am a USC. The only other thing we did additional is I-129F, but I haven’t got a denial on that now that my I-130 is approved.

I just didn't know if they will help somebody so fresh in the process like us but there's no harm in trying so will give it a shot. USCIS seems to be processing the cases in very random order. I am also a US Citizens petitioning for my wife. My case shows it's in Active Review since 2/1/2021 and still no update.
