Hello! I submitted all my papers to my 2 senators the day before my approval. They said they would get back to me after they submit - the next day I got approval and I’m still waiting on them to contact to me - so I don’t believe they did or it had an effect. I am astounded as well given my SC. I am a USC. The only other thing we did additional is I-129F, but I haven’t got a denial on that now that my I-130 is approved.

Oh wow. That's nice, congrats once again. What type of documentation did your Senators need from you on this? I have utilized their services before many years ago and I know it's effective. I just didn't know if they will help somebody so fresh in the process like us but there's no harm in trying so will give it a shot. USCIS seems to be processing the cases in very random order. I am also a US Citizens petitioning for my wife. My case shows it's in Active Review since 2/1/2021 and still no update.

I was looking to expedite on financial hardship means, so I looked them up, wrote them a letter, they asked for a privacy disclosure agreement and then supporting documents :)
That was my active review as well!

Impressive!
After submitting your documents at NVC, how long did it take for them to approve?

was May 13 we submitted and June 25th they DQ'd us :)

Oh 6 weeks! Yep just submitted mine on July 1st. I am probably gonna be approved by mid August.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
