Hi My fiancé and I are trying to get married on a K1 visa. He’s been trying to get an interview at the london embassy but we haven’t seen any dates listed ever! Our petition left the NVC to the london embassy on February 1st 2022.
Did you have to pay the MRV before the interview dates were shown? We have been trying to find out why we aren’t seeing any dates. We’ve been told we can pay once a date is listed. We are both checking the site so I’m not sure why no dates have been listed. Any insight you have would be helpful.

Hi Kimla12, Yes you have to pay the fee first before they allow you to see available dates but you are able to reschedule if needed. There were dates throughout September when I checked so definitely worth having another look, but yes you have to pay first. I don't know if there will be any issue in your case as it has been a long time since NVC sent your petition

Thank you for your insight! I’ll keep emailing them but I keep getting dismissed, it feels like this must be a technical error. Thank you again!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
