I want to know if you can help me. I've contacted Embassy in Mexico & they don't help me. My case has been "in transit" for almost a month now. I got welcome letter on 6/21 so I made account to schedule Visa appt & pay fees...it won't let me do anything!

Hello! you can't do nothing till your recieved the email with the instructions. You have to wait a little bit more, my case stayed at "in transit" for 1 month and 3 weeks after that you going to change to "Ready" and after the ready it could take days or even 2 weeks for you to recieved the email with the instructions together with your interview date appointment just then is when you can pay fees not before.

I got my noa2 on February 8 of this year do you guys think I should receive a welcome letter any time soon??
Bittersweetlovee on 2022-07-15 said:
Not always you going to recieved a welcome letter, in our case we recieved the NOA2 and after a month i called NVC to get our case number and you can be checking your status at CEAC.STATE.GOV it took for us like 6 months to change at "in transit" if times still the same your case will change the next month.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
