Nice! We're waiting for our NOA2 (our NOA1 is dated 5-19-2021). Hopefully we'll get some good news too soon!

Hi, did you guys receive a notification from the NVC saying that your case was forwarded to the embassy? We're on the lookout for ours and would appreciate any info!

Hi Kamishai,
Yes, I got an email from the NVC saying it was forwarded to the embassy. Our embassy is now in Sydney instead of Manila. I saw someone on facebook who got NOA2 around mid April saying she got in transit message today.

I see, that's interesting. So does that mean your interview will be at Sydney too? That's the first I've heard. We got our NOA2 in June so hoping that we'll get some good news soon too! Best of luck to the both of you!

When we filed our K1, my fiance is in Australia on a student visa (have to put her current address in the I-129 form). Our embassy was set to Manila. My fiance is still currently there and we wanted to have it transferred to Sydney instead of Manila. For some fortunate reason, they sent it to Sydney even though we have not even requested for it to be transferred.
You'll get your good news soon too! Thank you and good luck!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
