As of 5/12/2021, our case is being "Actively Reviewed" by the USCIS.
As of 5/17/2021, our I-130 was approved and we received the NOA2.
07/02/2021 - NVC accepted all out documents, however, rejected the I-864 form because the signature had to be in hand ink. Resubmitted the same day with the correct hand ink signature.
9/11/2021 - DQ'd by the NVC.
9/30/2021 - Received interview letter from NVC for October 20, 2021.
10/20/2021 - Interview completed, Visa approved!

I'm writing this on my husband's behalf. He had his interview on October 20th and was approved for the visa!
Overall the process took around 2 hours. The actual interview was fairly brief. They asked him questions about me and where I live. They also asked him questions about my family and how they came to be permanent residents in the US. They also brought up the times we met and went on vacation together.
They gave him a card at the end and it had information on how to obtain his visa and register online.
Very relieved and happy that the whole interview process went smoothly. |

Hi, yes it is the same. In our case, we received the notice online on the USCIS website first, and then in the mail as well.
Hello, have you had any updates from NVC?
We heard back on July 2nd asking us to add a wet signature to the forms and we resubmitted, but no updates since then.
