Is this yours and your spouse’s first marriage ? Asked for the passport Vac Stamped Ds260 Returned my photo stapled on vac stamped ds260 Is your spouse in India or US? Asked me to keep original birth certificate, marriage certificate, pcc handy and wait to be called again. After half an hour wait again called me at counter , took my original documents placed them in file Asked for Latest transcripts Told me to show them to American officer when he asks Then he handed me the domestic violence handout. After a while I was called at counter , American officer asked Who is calling you ? How did you meet? Where does your spouse lives ? Which place? What does the spouse do? What is his designation? What is the name of the company he works? When he came to India did he stay with you? How long did he stay? How many times did he come? What do you usually talk about? Is your culture same as his? How far is your husbands house from yours? What is common between you both? Where do you stay? How do you talk?(communicate) Does he send you money? Can you show your marriage album? Do have anything to show about chat history? Can you show the remittances proof? After looking at these he said “your visa is approved”!!!! You can pay green card fee in two three days and passport will be delivered to you in 3-4 days Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 634 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 1014 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.

Consulate Review: Mumbai, India Review Topic: Event Description Review Date : July 18, 2023 Embassy Review : It was raining very heavily and since I was carrying umbrella so it did protect my files . However rainy season is up so umbrellas were available for sale by some people there. I got into the queue outside the consulate. The lady checked the appointment letter . Inside the building they did security check asking about any pen drives ,electronics. Rating : Not Rated
