Interview was scheduled for 12/9 but was cancelled on 11/23… waiting to hear more
Interview was rescheduled to 1/19/2022 with officer Gio. He was super nice! We passed interview with just a few questions about life after entering the US. Did not ask a lot of questions since I included most of the paperwork in the K1 packet. |

K1 was stuck in administrative review and they never reached out to us. We had to call them repeatedly to get an update. Had to change our flight because it took longer than expected from interview to getting the visa. Most people got it within 1 wk when no questions were asked at the interview. The interviewer didn't ask my fiancee anything, but still sent our application to administrative review. |

Timeline Comments: 9OMG, finally I’ve been following your post. I bet your so happy. Congratulations 🎉ðŸ¾ðŸŽŠðŸŽˆ
Yes! I am so happy! Thank you so much! I had to call USCIS a few times. I realized that when they say you will receive feedback *within* a certain number of days, it actually means you will receive feedback *in approximately* a certain number of days.
Well thank God I’m happy for you
are you also interviewed in AIT? just wondering if recently AIT still proceed K1 interview with normal schedule? thank you
Yes, my interview is scheduled on 6/24 in Taipei right now. Hopefully things will be okay. The health check now takes 3 weeks to pick up fyi.
Thank you for the advise. good luck with your interview. hope it would not get delay as i was little worried it might get delay due to current situation in Taiwan.
congrats on the interview and welcome to America.
Thank you! Now going through getting married, getting social security, driver's license.
Yes. A new process starts.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
