You got luckier than us on i130 approval but definitely going to keep you guys updated on any movement! Wishing us both speedy approval!

Have you gotten DQ yet? If so, add it to "case completed at NVC"

Not yet - civil docs were rejected by NVC on 12-27, I *think* by mistake on their part. AFAIK we provided exactly what they requested for PQ applicants. We're back in the NVC approval pipeline.

I just had a similar thing and had to upload new docs in Jan. Have you gotten anything new?
Randy1randerson on 2022-02-25 said:
No. We were hopeful our Congressman's request would help expedite, but as weeks go by, looks more and more like we'll have to wait the full 3ish months of NVC backlog.

I'll keep you updated as I'm probably in the same boat. Let me know when you hear! Thanks for replying and I hope we get lucky

Thanks for the update! I think we're a little over a week after you so fingers crossed!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
