Congratulations - I think you're the first June filer!

Thank you so much! We are shaking and crying. We cannot believe this is finally happening.

Congratulations on your NOA2!

Congratulations to you two. My fiance and I have the same NOA 1 this gives us some hope

Wow! Congrats! Ours was 6/4 so fingers crossed we get similar to your timeline too!

@hawk161, I am excited for you to hear good news soon. @Inderpreetkkhalsa there will be an end in sight soon. Thank you both so much for your kind words

Yayyy!!! Congrats on the movement with NOA2!!

Thank you so much!

Yay consulate received!!! Are you guys pushing through with a lawsuit or continuing to wait until embassy re-opens in full?

Hello! are y'all part of plaintiff? Is US Embassy in Madrid processing K-1 visas now?
Congratulations on your approval!! And thank you so much for writing the questions asked in your embassy review, that will help so many people. Sending you all the best!

@Basevi, happy to do whatever helps! Thank you so so much for your kinds words :)

I missed the questions above, but we did not join the lawsuit. We solicited a medical expedite at the NVC stage.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
