Hello!Do you have updates?

NVC has received our application, but we were waiting on the Police Certificate, which we just received. So we are submitting our DS-260 now.

Hello!:)did you expedite NVC?
Russ & Lana on 2021-01-24 said:
No, I did not expedite, but they seemed to process everything within a day or two of receiving my documents. The day after submitting my documents, I got notification of a missing document. I uploaded it immediately and checked back a day later and it then said the Police Certificate was missing even though I had uploaded it in the original batch. I called and they said to ignore that glitch and that my package was already sent to Embassy. I guess my processing would have been even faster if we didn't have to wait 3-4 weeks for the Police Certificate to arrive. So it took me 3-4 weeks to submit my documents from the time I received the Case #.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
