Interview was pretty straightforward. We brought our kid (born shortly before we got married). During interview, Officer wanted to get income support papers updated, so I had to provide my 2020 taxes that were filed with an extension (filing was delayed since my wife needed an ITIN). I also provided both of our health insurance cards to show we were on the same insurance plan.
Interview ended with the officer giving us a piece of paper explaining "Notice of Interview Results", so it was not approved on the spot. The stated reason was that they were going to review the evidence submitted.

Status changed to approval. I was periodically refreshing USCIS website with my case #.
10-12-2021
Not sure if this was the exact date, but the status changed again to new card being produced.

US Postal Service Informed Delivery gave me notice that I was being sent something from USCIS. Green Card arrived next day! |

Background:
Requested expedite multiple times. I eventually got a response that expedite could not be done until Biometrics was collected (and so they scheduled Biometrics on 2/22). The letter also stated we could request expedite afterwards.
2/1/22 - Biometrics and final expedite request:
Because we had the expedite request response letter along with the biometrics appointment letter, we were able to walk in on 2/1 afternoon. The online status changed almost immediately to case review state, and we decided to call USCIS to request expedite.
2/3/21: Status change online to "Advance Parole Document Was Produced"

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
