Comments : Each document submitted has been approved within 2 days. Do not wait till you have all documents ready, submit what you have ready so NVC can let you know if anything is missing or if you submitted incorrect document. I had to request a police certificate from foreign country twice because the first one wasn't "for immigration purpose". This has delayed the NVC approval.
