There is very little time between your date of marriage and your application date. Was that a problem for you? Did they ask for any evidence of this in the interview? I regret applying for the fiance visa, I got engaged on the same dates as you and if I had gotten married instead of getting engaged, my visa would have been issued now :(
I congratulate you

Thank you!
To be honest with you it was difficult to decide between applying for the fiancé visa or the the spouse... but the covid situation and our attorney told us it will be approximately the same processing time or even faster for the spouse ... so I decide to be the one to travel from the us to France to get married, but it was only possible because I have the French nationality too... regarding the gap between the marriage and the application we had a RFE by the USCIS but we were well prepared and our attorney really good so it went smoothly...
Every case is different, my husband and I went to school together from 11 to 18 years old... first best friends, after boyfriend/girlfriend from 15 to 18... we got reunited 20 years after when he was looking on the internet... because he is so sentimental he kept all pictures of family reunion, friends and us and love letters back then 😊 so the officers could established that there was a prior... every situation is personal and different and we picked the spouse because it suits us better. He is coming next week and I am soooo happy! I wish you to be reunited very soo too.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
