Hi there, I see that VJ estimates that you should have received your NOA2 already - have you tried submitting an inquiry to USCIS? Also I was wondering whether you submitted your application through a lawyer or by yourself? I’ve received my NOA1 in Apr from Texas , am also from HK so am on a similar boat you. :) Thanks!

No, not yet, according to USCIS processing time line, my date still within the posted processing time. And also the covid-19, must be delay many cases. My friend received NOA1 in December 19 and still waiting for NOV2, also from Texas... so... seems need to be more patient

hey soybean, sorry, nothing personal. If your case is at Texas, it should be completed for long time ago. they are handling after April and like july or something. have you contact USCIS and check whether still in Texas? sometimes they dont send out notice for transfer case. Like my center in potomac, they are very slow and now even processing May case already.

Hi sorry for the late reply. I know it's ridiculous, I was very patient at first but now I'm getting anxious. When we tried to submit an enquiry it still says we are within the timeline (sigh...). Trying now to get my husband to call the centres, if only they would actually go through to a representative....

U still not yet approve? Omg. Even my slow center, they approve in Jun case U go USCIS login then use Emma Keep texting representatives then they will connect you to real person online. Ask the service center and status. Join the facebook group u will get a lot info.

Thanks so much for the advice. I'll ask my husband to give it a try with Emma. I never thought they would have a facebook group - let me take a look. Thanks again!!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
