It will all come naturally best of luck to everyone else who is going through this process I want to give thanks to the many groups that has helped us along the way especially this one. Thank you sincerely Mr. and Mrs. Ishola.

Hello! We submit our I-130 electronically on August 31, 2020. And received our NOA1 on September 1, 2020. We have notice on 31 of December 2020 the USCIS is actively working on it. Since then no word nor no NOA 2. Did you guys request a transfer to Texas? Bc we hear they’re unstaffed at that location.

No we didn’t… it was transferred on its own We had nothing to do with that

Wow congratulations I just looked at the time like we got married 2/22/22 as well but you got married in 2020 so that’s what’s up. Did you have more things to submit thats what it took 21 months from the time you got approved? Is it just the two of you or do you guys have kids? Anyway just happy for you it’s been 11 going on 12 months for us with out the approval yet but soon and can’t wait. How was the vaccine process? What was all the vaccines you had to get? And was that’s before the medical exam? How much was the vaccines? And also how much was the medical exam? I just want to know so I can be prepared for it from what I know we have to have the vaccines before we go to the medical exam. I really don’t want him to get the Covid vaccine but we have to do what we have to do I wish there was a way around that one anything you let me know will be very very helpful because my husband is in Lagos.

No, it was delayed by Covid from the beginning because we got married right when Covid hit you have to get his Covid vaccine before he goes to medical I don’t remember how much the miracle was. I have to ask my husband and the only delay was because of Covid and it is a 17 month wait once you get to NVC

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
