Based on timeline data, your EAD may be adjudicated between September 30, 2021 and October 11, 2021*.
If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline. |

US CIS Local Office ReviewsTimeline Comments: 1Hey I saw your message on my timeline. Just wanted to give you an update.
My interview notice was sent out on Feb 15, 2022 so it should arrive sometime this week. Based on others' experiences, my interview should be scheduled 4-5 weeks out. No update on EAD/AP which I read is not unusual because they get sent to different offices.
However, if my GC gets approved at the AOS interview before the EAD/AP is approved, then I won't need them because I will have the I-551 temporary stamp in my passport (given back at the interview) and I don't think they will even continue processing them for me.
I hope your timeline gets updated soon! Keep me updated (:
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
