Congrats, good luck! My wife is currently in the Philippines and will be coming over when she receives her visa.

I-130 approved Jan 6th, 2022. We did file an I-129F for K3. The I-129F's Priority Date was December 9th, 2021. We mailed the I-129F approximately two weeks after filing the I-130 online. K3 was assigned to the Potomac service center.

I had to leave my wife and newborn baby in Philippines, our visa is underway. May I ask how you were able to receive an expedite?

Hi embassy in Manila is scheduling interviews of people who got DQ in 2022 ? Last month I Heard they have backlogged?
Corgent on 2022-05-05 said:
@Muhammad Our case was expedited (with conditions) meaning once we DQ'd, our case was sent to the Embassy right away and we were able to schedule an interview appointment online. We didn't wait for the Embassy/NVC to schedule us.

Hello, and congratulations on the approval of your visa! May I ask what kinds of questions were asked in the visa interview? And did they spend quite a long time looking over your provided documents? My wife will be lining up for her interview in about seven hours.

Hi,
Can I just request expedite to forward our case from NVC to Consulate / Embassy in Philippines?

Hi, Just to make it clear my petition is currently being reviewed I’m guessing, all documents submitted on 06/03/2022.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
