We got approved and the interview went well.
The male officer asked us where we met, how long have we been together. He removed the I-94 from my passport and he asked for the proof of our relationship. We gave him letters with both our names, utility bills, health insurance, joint bank account statements, 2005 tax return and the birth certificate of our son. He looked at our son's birth certificate and said that he has the same birthday as our son. Then, he took some of them and went to make copies. When he came back, he asked if we had our son's photo. We gave him the photo album and he looked through that. Then, he said the green card will be mailed to us in 2 weeks. He is a really nice guy. |
