Hello, Congratulations on your approval for your AOS. I have a question, when you went for your AOS interview, did you take along your credit report or the consular asked for it? You did your AOS interview in Boston yea? Am also in Boston 😊

Thanks!I did my interview in Boston and NO,they didn't ask for my credit report. The officer asked me if I had any other documents with joint names. I said yes and gave him our Joint bank statements, texts conversation, health insurance and our baby birth certificate shows my name too. Our driver's license are from same address too.

I went for the interview with my wife but she didn't go to the interviewing room with me. Also I never got the EAD or AP,after bio it just went straight to interview. I wish you the best too!!

Okay...well I am my husband went for the interview together and we both were interviewed. We submitted bank statements, joint insurance statements, wedding pictures etc. after the interview, the officer said everything looks good and we have been approved, that we just need to submit a annual credit report for me( and I haven’t worked lol) I also got my EAD and SSN few weeks after bio. I already ordered for my credit report so waiting to receive it and submit it.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
