Out of AP on 01/12/09, IR1 Visa approved 01/16/09! ** Visa was not issued because my husband couldn't leave in 6 months. Started process again with interview in Caracas on 10/15/10....AP again :(
02/10/10: received email from Embassy with appointment scheduled 2/11/10 @ 8am.....
Husband went to the appointment and he was told his visa was denied(with no waiver available do to the reason)and his current Tourist visa was cancelled.
On March 31, 2011 I received a notice of action from USCIS that they had received the petetion back and would review.
On May 13, 2011 I received another notice of action stating the USCIS had reaffirmed their previous decision and was forwarding back to the Dept of State in Caracas for action. |
