Hi, I'm eagerly following your timeline as we have the same NVC left date. Hoping that the third wave will quiet down soon so that interviews can take place again!

I also wanted to add that I already have my Thai police check underway. It does take 30 days (100 baht) or 1 week (3000 baht) and I showed as documentation proof the NOA2 receipt number I got. Officer asked for my fiancee's passport copy too as further proof since I didn't have the letter from the US embassy. Thought you might like to pass that info on!

Hello, thank you so much for the info! That is really good to know! Yes, I hope the 3rd wave doesn't shut down the embassy again! We filled out the DS-160 yesterday and noticed the next available appointment is June 14th so hopefully, it won't be too much later once our cases are ready and we are able to book the appointment. Fingers crossed that things continue to move quickly at the embassy! Keep me updated :-)

Did it make it to the embassy yet?

Not yet. Our case is ready but we haven't received the email for package 3. Since there is a pdf of package 3 on their website, do you know if we can just pay the visa fee and book the appointment since we already have the instructions and the case is ready but no email yet?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
