Is that the documentation you needed to gather for his medical and police records? Or was that the documentation that you needed to provide for financial support?
Did the embassy provide you with the date after they received the packet?

Your K1 visa appointment at the U.S. Embassy is scheduled for 14 JUN 2021 at 08:30. Due to limited appointment availability, if you cannot come to your scheduled appointment there will be significant delays in rescheduling your appointment.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT: YOU MUST BRING AN INEXTENSA ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE; AND, APPLICANTS WHO ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BRING A CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF NO JUDICIAL RECORDS FROM THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.
As soon as possible, and prior to your appointment date, you must complete the following actions:
1. You must schedule an appointment to visit the Visa Application Center (VAC). If you have not already completed your VAC appointment, please visit the following link for detailed information about the steps to take: www.ustraveldocs.com/do. Each applicant mentioned in this letter must each make a VAC appointment and create a profile. If there are no appointments available before the date of your K1 visa interview, please wait 24-48 hours and try again. The VAC appointment is separate from the K1 visa interview and must be completed before your scheduled K1 visa interview at the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo. If you have already visited the VAC and your photo and your fingerprints were taken, you should not schedule an appointment with them.
2. You must complete a medical examination. If you previously completed a medical examination but it has expired, you must go to the same examination provider to obtain a new medical examination. If you completed a medical examination more than six months ago, this one must be expired. You can select between the following two medical examination providers :

Srilankanmafia on 2021-05-14 said:Good morning! NVC did not request the I-134, but I did prepare it for the interview with my IRS tax transcripts for the last 3 years. Birth certificate needs to be translated for AOS, not the interview. If you require more technical help, I can message you my rates and you can see what works for your budget. Hope that helps!

They also asked his son 2 questions:
Do know her?
Do you want to go live with her?
To which he say *CLAAAARO*
His interview lasted about 10 min and they said the visa will be ready in about a week for pick up in San Cristobal

Congrats on the NOA2, you can call the NVC in 4-6 weeks to get your case number and expedite if you chose. That SDO # will be how you track your case in CEAC. I'm sorry they misspelled your name, that's unfortunate. They go based off your WAC or SDO # mostly and you will get the chance to correct it on the DS-160 and/or at the interview. Good luck!

That was the email I received from the embassy with my interview date. On 5/17, was when we did medical and VAC. You cannot do medical without an interview, but if you chose, you can do your DS-160 and pay your MRV fee to do VAC before you get an interview date.

The civil surgeon charged $100 to complete Part 10 ONLY of the 693. That is what we were required to submit to USCIS.
