They had an IT issue and were unable to see docs we uploaded since the case was transferred from Brazil. They canceled my spouses interview even though spouse arrived on time. They sent a trouble IT ticket to resolve. Three weeks later there was no trouble IT ticket resolution from Washington D.C. so they called her and rescheduled an interview appointment for Nov 17th. Arrived for an emergency appointment the consulate scheduled for spouse. Visa approval was quick and easy and they manually scanned her documents they needed. Visa was received within 48 hours after interview. Interview was only 2 minutes! CBP staff officers were very kind and courteous. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 260 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 924 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
