Genie12 on 2021-08-19 said:I think this is from now, because last month it said 12 months. My estimated processing time is all over the place, at some point it went up to 14 months. I've seen people here on VisaJourney get their interview when the estimated time until decision was 11 months.

Applied in the beginning of February, got the biometrics waiver 2 weeks later, got the interview notice 11 months later. My interview will be 1 year and 2 weeks after applying.
