We waited for months to hear anything so i took action and requested an expedite. From what i understand is the embassy has started making appointments for for spouse and fiance visas but it's limited.

Erin And Saimir on 2021-02-13 said:Yeah i got a lawyer working on it now. They said we have a good chance of approval. So hopefully i can get him here sometime this year. Still pretty bummed out. I hope you don't have the same issue. He said the interview was fast, only a few questions but because of the background thing, they denied him. Even though they know if my illness and that i need him here, they still said we have to go thru the waiver process. 😔
