Hi. I received my DQ email from NVC on JULY 6th 2021 but still no interview. Did you expedite?
KitcatM on 2021-09-13 said:
No I didn’t expedite. I emailed the embassy letting them know that my case said ready and asked them what the next steps were. The next day I got an email from them with the packet 3.

Oh wow. Which email did you use? I have emailed them so many times and I haven’t gotten any response. I don’t understand what’s going on there. I am a CR1

I used IVNaples@state.gov. What does your case say in CEAC? Is it still in transit?
Rtsaq on 2021-09-14 said:
It still says AT NVC.

It seemed like they requested a lot back in June so maybe they’re still working through them?

Maybe. But I know someone who got DQ in June but still didn’t receive any letter. She expedited her case over a month ago it was accepted but ever since then, she hasnt heard anything.

As of today our status says "Ready" for Naples Italy. We have not received any email yet. Must we first receive an email before trying to register? We are very confused.
Thanks

Hi, I would send an email to IVNaples@state.gov (include your case number in the subject line) and let them know you are in ready status and waiting for the next step. They responded back to me in two days with the packet 3 and that was the go ahead to Register for an appointment.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
