Did you call and find out they received it? They didn't assign the case number though?

Thank you! It’s all the documents listed in the arrangement mail. Contact Sheet, Copy of Biodata page of international passport, NPC Birth Certificate/Attestation of Birth, DS 160 confirmation page, 2 passport photos in 5cm/5cm on a white background (SHOWING YOUR FULL FACE: please take note of this because I received a call from the consulate for new visa photos), Divorce Decree(if applicable), Affidavit of Support(K1), IRS Tax Transcript (only 2021 transcript was taken from me, the other years were given back) Evidence of relationship and communication, lastly, police report(s). For Entry, you need the contact sheet(if you don’t have it, it would be handed to you by the cgi guys ushering people into the consulate, just have a pen) your appointment letter, your GTB receipt. The CO asked me these questions: What’s your name? Have you been married before? Has your fiancé been married before? Do you have kids? Does your fiancé have kids? Have you lived outside of Nigeria before? Did you bring the police Report from there?, What does your fiancé do? How many times have you met him? When last did you see him? Then he said “I’m approving you” 😃 I’m sorry for the late reply, I had to go submit new visa photos to the GSS Document Collection center. Wish you success in your interview if you haven’t done it already😃

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
