interview was interesting... officer was very through and her questions that sound so rude like example:my wife is expecting so we told her that however her first question was "is it your ?" that was to me (petitioner) when i said yes... she said "how do you know? that was so rude.
but the interesting part was when we left we were confused that if she is going to be approve it or not. we got the usual answer that we will verify few things and you will hear from us in few weeks however with her in the process she forgot to take the Bio and picture of my wife so she called us while we were driving back home. we were almost home but she ask us to comeback for the bio and pic.
after we got there, officer took us back to her office took the bio and pic and told us that looks like everything is good and we should get the green card in few days. :-)
so all and all interview officer was tough but with her mistake and we coming back turn out to great for us. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
