Very quick and easy process, the officers were nice. I was taken to the secondary to have my paperwork processed, took less than 5 min. Just asked what’s my fiancé’s name and told me we have 90 days to marry and I was out. |

My interview was at 8:00 AM, they let me in about 15 min before that. You have to leave your purse at the security and leave anything that is electronic (phone, USBs, CDs, etc.) Also, you can't bring backpacks and laptops.
First, a local lady asked for a list of documents and she also asked questions like "were you married before?". Then I sat back down and was called about 30 min later by a Consul. He was quite nice. I was asked a lot of questions, mainly about my relationship with my fiance. All in all, the interview was about 10-15 min long. In the end, he said my visa was approved and wished me good luck :-) |

Timeline Comments: 6Hi! I'm NOA June 4th but haven't received my NOA2 yet :(. Did you get a text and does it reflect the update on USCIS, or did you get a physical notice?
Hey! No text or email, just checked the case status online. Should receive the paper one shortly hopefully.
Hey, how did you find out when NVC received your case? Or you got a welcome letter from them already? Thank you
Hey Olga. My fiancé called the NVC to get the case number.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
