Hello, I saw that your NOA date was 6/3. What day did you get notified of your Biometrics 7/8 appointment? Thanks.

Hi, my ead card is being produced and combo card approved yesterday. I'll let you know when i received it in mail.

Hi, just wondering if you expedited your EAD.
Mary&Beto on 2022-10-22 said:
Yes i did 3 times, but the last time i followed up on Oct 3, the live agent i talked to, said that its not under his jurisdiction to approve or deny my expedite case, and to wait for the final decision. But same day my ead case ipdated to card being produced and approved.

Thank you for your prompt response. What category did you try to expedite your EAD? And did they ask for evidence? We’re just getting anxious about the wait and we’re unsure if we should expedite.

Under Financial loss and humanitarian category. They didnt ask any proof anyway. Its just that you have to be very patient. Keep on expedtiting.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
