After long delays we got frustrated and got married online in May 2021 and filed the IR-1/CR-1 Visa. As we awaited approval, my husband was transferred through his job to the US (yay!) via the L1-B visa. His L1-B Visa was approved May 11, 2022 and on May 17, 2022 our I-130 case was approved. He came to the states in July 2022 and once here he filed for adjustment of status.
