Comments : On Dec 28th 2006 we received NOA for I-129F. I-129F was approved on 4-12-2007. On 6-1-2007 my I-130 was sent to NVC.? I received letter from NVC for forwarding my I-129F to HCM on 4-30-2007. The HCM office received electronic petion on the same day. The HCM office did not get my physical papers until 5-29-07. The HCM office stated that they sent Packet 3 out on the same day they did not. The post mark on packet 3 was june 14th 2007. My senators office stated it was also sent out on the 5-29-2007. They my wife the packet 3 and me but they sent her the packet 3 on 6-1-2007. I received 6-4-2007 a NOA stating the I-130 is going to NVC. HCM Office sent an email to the congressman's office stating the Visa would take a 1 to 2 days to issue Visa however they took just over 2 weeks. It cost us a a lot of money. By the way when I arrived on the 26th of august and saw the the packet 4 it was the wrong one. I went to the HCM Consulate and they said they were sorry for making a mistake and when we went to pick up the Visa on the 14th of September they also gave us the wrong instructions. They again said they had made a mistake. Also I met another American thier and they kept turning down his Affidavit of support and I looked at his prrof from IRS and it was clear he qualified. He even had title to 2 homes with no loans againts them. He and his wife have been married for 2.5 years. Also I met another girl that just met her boyfriend in January and he filed a I-129f and she passed. He is in the military and he was making the same kind of money as guy I talked with. Here is a guy and girl who married and has traveled and back and forth and has spent almost 6 months in Vietnam with his wife and is being denied his US rights. Before I got to HCM on the 26th my wife was staying their in a hotel in HCM and would walk back in forth to the Consulate office and to go get food and her medical and shots. She would walk through the park on the way and American Black guys were in the park and they were asking girls to goto the cafes and my wife reconized one working in the consulates office. When I got thier I asked her to take me to the park and show me. She did and told them all to go home or next call is the US embassey they split but I'am sure they will be back and I'am sure they all work in the US Consulate. I could never imagine how our government could allow people from the USA to represent us in a another country and act and be this way. It's just so horriable. It really gave my wife a bad taste before even entering the USA. We entered the USA on the 16th of September and we

Event Description

Embassy Review : The guy didn't want to approve her but my wife told the interviewer how much she loved me and forced the thousand of emails and coversations under the window so he could look at them. She reminded him I was outside and he knew it because I had many conversations with the Consulate and my congressman for issues with the US Consuulate not follow the rules/laws with regard to handling cases. I believe their was a great preasure on them to do the right thing. Which they did. Now my wife is a citizen and we comming up on our 5th wedding anniversay and have a 2 1/2 year old. We are going to file for her parents and brothers now. I know they have a hard job but the United States is what immigration is about. In some way or another our family had someone that immigrated here and now we live and work with each other.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
