Did you call USCIS regarding it being outside the normal processing time, since it took 8 months?

We submitted a case inquiry on 10/21. They told me my case was being adjudicated and I would hear from them within 45 days.

Great! Helpful to know! Fingers crossed for swift transition to NVC and the embassy opening soon!

You and me almost go together, can you please tell me what documents do I need from my fiance for k1 visa interview process.

You haven't scheduled an interview yet?

Not yet. We aren’t ready. We are looking for March dates that haven’t opened up yet

Do you received packet 4?
Belladonna1012 on 2021-02-09 said:
Nope. Not waiting for it. I know a few people who interviewed and received their visas without ever getting packet 4.

Hi! If you haven't received your packet 4, were you able to schedule the medical already?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
