Took me 6 months to receive the green card in hand after entering the US with an IR1 . Below is the chronological of events:
10/25/2021 interview
11/02/2021 passport visa Stamp in hand
12/06/2021 paid the immigrant fee
12/08/2021 entered the US (Buffalo NY)
Waited for 90 days no greencard
03/24/2022 contact USCIS for non-delivered greencard
04/02/2022 USCIS contact me saying the quality of my finger print capture wasn’t good enough
04/20/2022 received an appoint letter for biometrics
05/11/2022 Biometrics done
05/19/2022 received greencard in the mail
You can do everything right , but don’t be surprised if they f*** it up .. I’m not even mad just SMH
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
