Hey, i had a question i saw your time line is recent. I was wondering how you were able to get the police clearance in el salvador since covid. We have been trying to get it but cant. Any help would be appreciated?

Sure, this was for a CR1 process: we just submitted a comment explaining that due to Covid19 the hole country was in a total lock down. My husband submitted a signed letter stating that he will commit on providing the police documents to the interview. They reply that they had accepted the comment and that my husband needed to upload the documents before the interview and bring the original to the interview.

Hey Guys, I see you have an IOE number, did you get do an expedite? If you expedited and if you don't mind sharing can you share what reason you mentioned for expedite?

Hi, no I didn't expedited it. IOE means that it was done on USCIS website.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
