Can u tell me what documents you submit for your father for i130
I submitted what was required for both me and my father’s paperwork. I sent in my naturalization certificate, my birth certificate showing my father's name, his birth certificate, my mom’s death certificate and I think that’s it.
Thanks for your reply ..what about tax papers and affidavit of support ..I have to submit with i130 or they will gona need later once it approve
Yes! You are correct. That is once the I-130 is approved

What is the processing time of i130 to approve
I just submitted my father case today let’s see ..
It depends on the service center. Mine went to Nebraska and it’s really slow.
How I can find about the service center
Hi..they got my petition and I got my receipt no
They send my case to Nebraska..you got your approval yet
No approval yet. Nebraska is slow
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
