Me too! You send the fee to the benificiary and make sure they apply for the Visa. Then they will be able to schedule an interview. But before you do that also make sure to pay for the medical & affidavit of support !

Thank you... how will i pay for the affidavit of support? Some people says wait for the package 3 to take any action. Idk. How do you know the consular receive your case? Did they email you? Or did u see in trasit change to ready? Thank for your quit answer. We have the same timeline

I called them yesterday and they are emailing my fiancé packet 3 then he will be able to go walk in the hospital for his medical. You really just have to wait. I think you should call the haiti us embassy. That’s that I did

I called them. They said keep checking my email

Yeah they told me the same. Me and you just have to keep an eye. It shouldn’t take that long.

Yeah! It shouldn’t... i’ll let u know as soos as i get mine

By this afternoon or next week we should both get an email. And then your fiancé will be able to go to the haiti hospital to get checked up. They have to make sure they print out that paper. And bring everything on that list. Once they are done with the exam, they will get their results in a few days. They can’t open it. They have to drop it off at the DHL on the list, including the rest of the documents. Then you have to wait for the embassy to receive them. Once they receive them they will call your fiancé for an interview !!!! Then you can be happy 😊 were on the same situation right now so don’t worry. This is the last step.

Yesss! This is the last step!😊 but as k1 it’s up to us to choose the date for the interview... before yesterday i called and they creat a profil for me. And they told Me that my fiance can fill ds 160. And my fiancé did it and pay the fee. Just waiting the package 3 to choose an available date from their calendar
Mar22 on 2020-03-13 said:
the people from the whatsapp told me that no matter what you won’t be able to choose your own date. The consulate does it for you. Even if they send you an email disregard that email. The rules changed this year.
blank avatar Jeff Fed on 2020-03-13 said:
Oh okay thanks !!! Then that will be better 😊

Hello there! Do you have any update? Today i received the p3 from mail... They sent it to me since March 17.
blank avatar Jeff Fed on 2021-02-08 said:
Hello did your interview an emergency assistant? I did send my package January 27 and still waiting for the package 4! Tell me a little bit about your experience? Thank you
Mar22 on 2021-02-08 said:
Hello, jeff. My fiancé didn’t have an emergency assistant, I simply kept calling everyday, and the embassy decided to send over the instructions for his medical, he did his medical and 3 days later he got his interview date, and passed the same day. My suggestion is for you to keep calling them. Because the embassy is open now.
blank avatar Jeff Fed on 2021-02-08 said:
Oh ok thank you and congratulations for your approval
blank avatar Jeff Fed on 2021-02-08 said:

Congrats on your visa approval! My Fiance is collecting everything for Packet 3, however we are a bit confused because there is not a DHL delivery form available on ustraveldocs for him to print to give to DHL. Do you have the same problem?
blank avatar Jeff Fed on 2021-03-05 said:
Morgan Dhl will give you that form but it’s better to download it yourself and fill it home...
blank avatar Jeff Fed on 2021-03-05 said:

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
