Hello everyone, my case was completed back in Dec, 2019 and I am still waiting to hear back from an interview date, my question to you all is, i haven't been able to travel to go see my husband since last year May 2019 due to chaos/securities the country has been facing. (Haiti). Every time i decide to travel it's always a red flat and that has made me very scared to travel there. FYI - I was able to go about 4 times in the past year half prior to all of what that has been happening now. Do you think this will be an issue for him when he finally goes for the interview?

Hello- No there hasn't been any updates nor contact from NVC since Dec. 26, 2019 to tell me we were documentary qualified. Do have a case similar?

I have noticed that as well and I truly don't understand their logic of how they are setting up interviews. It has been very overwhelming and frustrated dealing with it all. So, please if you come up with something let me know. I was thinking of reaching out to a lawyer and see where they can take me.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
