Wow, congrats! You had your NOA2 before us. Did you file the I129F for a K3 as well?

Congrats on getting approved! Best wishes!

Thanks you guys.
We filed for I-130.
Good luck to you all. Hopefully you will get approved as 'quickly' as we did.

Hi! Question about the ds-260. Did you have your Dutch police certificate translated or are the English descriptions sufficient? I received mine but not all the words are in English

I did not have the police certificate translated.
People told me this certificate is sufficient as it is.
Don't know for sure because NVC has not reviewed my documents yet.

Congratulations! Did you have an appointment within 4 weeks ? Were you able to get your medical done in time ?

Hi Jacob.
DQ'd april 19th, medical may 10th and interview consulate may 17th.
Medical file was already sent to immigration the following day.
I was suprised how quick it went after being reviewed.
Good luck to you

Thank you! When did your case "leave" NVC and get "transferred" to Amsterdam?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
