RFE was because we didn't send a translated birth certificate. We returned that within a couple of days. The interview was extremely easy, and the interviewer just asked where Lina came from, when the wedding was, and if she was planning to look for work. It was very conversational, lasted less than 10 minutes, and we got an approval notice the same day before we even got home. |

Timeline Comments: 6Hi, is Moldova’s embassy open for interviews now then?
Yes! For K-1 (they have been doing CR-1 for a few months). We received our P3 today!

May I know which documents have to submit with 1-134 form?
@A9999 They didn't ask for any. My tax returns for 2019 still weren't ready from the IRS, so I emailed the consulate. They said they wouldn't need them. Despite that, I sent my 2018 Transcript, 2019 1040, W-2 statements for 3 years and 3 recent paystubs. They didn't ask to see any of it.
Congrats! Been following you guys. My fiancee got her visa as well in Vilnius.
@Asterix78 Thank you and congratulations to you also!!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
