It had something to do with the fact that 3 other flights landed at the same time. The moral of the story is, walk fast and try to get through immigration ASAP.

It is annoying because we know we sent it and the RFE came after the fingerprints. Anyway we got it off to them the next day. Then two days later we were transferred to the CA office which was confusing because we are in the northeast.
