Hi guys, did you ever manage to make it in for your appointment or did they close everything before you had the chance?
Emosewayma on 2020-03-22 said:
Definitely did not make it. the ais.usvisa website sent us an email saying that our appointment had been cancelled. :( So far, we rescheduled it to be April 17th... but I don't know, my sister-in-law's friend's relative is some high-up doctor in Lima, and they said that the numbers reported here are not true. Two nights ago, when the government reported the first death, he said that there were over 70 deaths at that time... He also said that instead of just about 200 cases, there were 700-800... IDK what to think, I will just leave you with this information. :)

Hello! Do you have any idea on when they’ll open the embassy over there?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
