Hi Yishak! The whole process, especially after the NOA2, is hard to follow! We have hired an immigration attorney so I just do what she tells me to do. After the NOA2, I waited awhile and then called the NVC to get our case number. Our lawyer then suggested my fiance (in Ethiopia) get his police certificate (which he was able to get quickly) and I (the US petitioner) started to work on our DS-160. We were just about to schedule our interview when the embassy closed and cancelled all interviews due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, I have no information about the embassy! Our lawyer says all embassies remain closed to routine services. I worry because the cases in Ethiopia are just starting to increase significantly, so I fear it is going to be a long time before the embassy will open. Wish I had more information. This is a challenging time. Hope you and your fiance are doing okay. Ayzoh!
