Comments : It took a very long time but well worth the efforts! We were put into 'Administrative Review' for about 3 weeks after the interview at the U.S. Embassy in London but Visa was issued officially on 27 August 2021 and my wife entered the U.S. with her Visa on 14 September 2021.

They did! We submitted our documents today and NVC said we were Document Qualified in the same day! Now we wait for them to coordinate with the US Embassy in London for interview dates.
