So when you got the Consulate Received message, did it allow you to pick a date for an interview? Or is Manila not open to normal spouse interviews (only expedited cases are being interviewed)?

Hello.Good question. We have expedited case and will have the interview sometime next week, after my wife completes her medical exam at SLEC. So yes the embassy is still closed for regular processing. And SLEC is closed until Aug 18 because of ECQ. Hoping Duterte opens things back up with MGCQ on Wednesday. For expedited, you have to complete our medical and then the embassy will schedule your interview within a day or two. Hope this helps.
