Comments : |
Delays from interview to arrival were related to Medical having to happen after interview due to scheduling and a tear in the visa packet. The embassy confirmed via email, after seeing a photo, it had to be resealed and that took a day or two to schedule. |

No EAD approval. AOS approval happened prior to this. Assume USCIS didn't continue the application for EAD as AOS supersedes. |
Processing Estimates/Stats : |
Based on timeline data, your EAD may be adjudicated between September 16, 2021 and September 26, 2021*.
If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline. |

Embassy Review : |
Easy process. Arrived 15mins ahead of appointment time. Waited around 45mins and then we spent about 20-30 mins with the officer going over documents and answering questions. They were very easy to talk with and they said a final review of paperwork would happen that day. We received approval the next day and Green Card arrived in mail 6 days after that. |

Timeline Comments: 4Hi. I was wondering how you received your case number from the NVC. I should have received mine by now but haven't.
Hi there, if you give them a call and have your USCIS receipt number and both your dates of birth they can provide it over the phone, alternatively go to their website and update your email info and they will send it back. Read over the tips sheet from @Greenbaum as it has everything and the phone numbers in there.

Just FYI I have received biometrics appointment today for first week of Sept (not sure if it's for EAD or AOS as I haven't seen the physical letter yet but was told by USCIS live chat agent)

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
