Event Description
Review Date : March 1, 2021
Embassy Review : So hubby had his interview..it was for 10:30 but being who I am, I urged him to go as early as 6am (glad I did). When he got there, he was told he should wait because of the time for his interview but was soon after told to join the queue. Joined the queue.. his turn he was asked for birth attestation, passport photo (can't remember what else). He didn't have his attestation (don't ask lol) but was still seen since he had others means to prove who he was and age..

He had the guy in window 18. Did the swearing in, move your mask to confirm it was him

Questions asked:

Who petitioned for you?
When did you get married?
How did you meet?
What’s her job?
How many times has she visited?

He also asked to see our trad pictures (I wasn't able to upload that since hubby had our album).
Who all was at the trad ceremony?
Who collected my bride price since my dad couldn't travel due to health issues?


Then he gave him three white papers. Took his passport and said his visa will be issued soon.

We thank God. And there was a lovely lady on VJ that recommend uploading as much as possible and that is exactly what we did. So I think that helped with the guy not asking to see many documents even chats etc.

Husband has not done that yet. So I can't say until his medical appointment. Will provide info once completed. I know fees vary especially depending on immunization.

May God see us through this rigorous immigration process. I called Dr. Alexandra Ange clinic and they said available dates are from 22nd of this month. I would like to schedule an appointment for 25th of January but the fee has not been disclosed yet.

So hubby was able to get appointment for the 20th but for the one in Abuja that's on the website of approved places to do medicals.
